These terms apply to your use of the Archite Advisory informational website, operated by Archite Solutions LLC (“Archite,” “we,” “us”), a Virginia-based U.S. business. By using the site, you agree to these terms, subject to applicable law.
1. Informational purpose
Site content is general business information. It is not advice tailored to your situation and should not be relied on as a substitute for professional judgment. See our Professional Services Disclaimer.
2. Complimentary introductory consultation
The free 30-minute consultation is an introductory, nonbinding conversation to discuss priorities and fit. It is not project work, does not obligate either party, and does not create an engagement.
3. No engagement without a written agreement
Using this site, booking an introductory consultation, or sending an inquiry does not create an advisory engagement. Paid services require a written agreement signed by both parties setting out scope, fees, and terms. That agreement governs the engagement. This website does not collect payments.
4. No guaranteed outcomes; your judgment
We do not guarantee any business, financial, operational, compliance, or other outcome. Decisions about your organization remain yours, and you should use your own independent judgment and consult appropriately licensed professionals where needed.
5. Intellectual property
Site content and branding belong to Archite Solutions LLC or the respective rights holders. You may view and share links for personal or internal business reference. Commercial reuse of protected content or marks requires the relevant rights holder’s permission, except as permitted by law.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, including attempting unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, introducing malicious code, scraping at scale, or using it for unlawful purposes.
7. Third-party services
Consultation scheduling uses external Microsoft Bookings, with Microsoft 365 and Teams supporting communications and meetings. External sites and services have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control their content or availability. See our Privacy Policy for information about bookings and inquiries.
8. Accuracy and changes
Website information can change and may not be complete or current. Confirm details relevant to a proposed engagement directly with us. We may update this site or these terms; revised terms will identify their effective date and apply to subsequent use, subject to applicable law.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The informational website is provided as available, without a promise that its content will meet your particular needs or that access will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties relating to website use. These limitations concern the website, not obligations under a signed services agreement.
We are not responsible for business decisions made solely in reliance on general website information. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud or willful misconduct, or limits rights, remedies, or liability that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
10. Governing law
Virginia law governs these website terms, subject to mandatory federal or state laws and any rights that cannot be waived. These terms do not require arbitration or specify an exclusive court venue.
